Gear-grinding semiautomatic machine is designed for high-performance machining of spur and helical gears by continuous grinding by abrasive wheel.
Diagonal grinding is performed in fewer passes: in most cases, the entire main allowance is polished in one or two rough passes, and high precision machining is achieved in one finishing pass.
On a semiautomatic machine, it is possible to process gears with a longitudinal modification of teeth (barrel-shaped, conical-shaped) and grinding with various corrections.
Coolant cleaning is carried out by a two-stage system. At the first stage, chips are separated from the abrasive using magnetic separator. At the second stage, coolant is filtered using paper filter with automatic feeding of filter paper tape.
Protective restriction of the working area is made in a cabinet form with an electric door lock.
