82AC400 abrasive cutoff machine is designed for cutting metal, metal billets of various shapes: pipes, rods, angles, channels, I-beams and other profiles at angles from 0 ° to 45 °. Cutting workpieces at angles is made in a special vise. The saw consists of a frame made in the form of a welded frame structure.
The high circumferential speed of rotation of the wheel combined with increased drive power contribute to maximum efficiency and low wear on the wheel. To clamp the workpieces, a mechanical rotary vise is used for cutting at a given angle with adjustment relative to the center of the wheel and the angle of rotation. An improved vise mechanism allows to significantly accelerate the clamping of workpieces through the use of a folding comb. In this case, the screw mechanism is used only for the final compression of the workpiece, and the longitudinal movement of the movable jaw is unhindered.
In order to increase the reliability and durability of the saw in its design, solutions are implemented that provide damping of self-oscillations at high cutting speeds. The use of a balanced pendulum reduces the fatigue of workers due to a decrease in physical effort during cutting, which allows to increase labor productivity.
The machine has a rigid structure, is resistant to vibration and is suitable for manual transportation. All rotating parts are protected by enclosures that ensure operator safety and discharge dusty and abrasive waste.
