HBS-916W is an American-type bandsaw. It is used in industrial production for batch sawing of large diameter workpieces. The maximum allowable diameter of the workpieces when machining at right angles is 225 mm. At an angle of 45 degrees. the machine allows for the cutting of workpieces with a diameter of 180 mm. The installation of blanks for subsequent processing is carried out using mechanical vise with rotary jaws. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic unloading system, which makes it easy to lower and raise the heavy console. Using the hydraulic cylinder, you can adjust the feed rate of the console into the working area and adjust the clamping force of the frame to the workpiece. The tension of the belt is controlled manually, by rotating the flywheel.
