HVBS-812RK model is an American-type bandsaw that allows cutting metal blanks at different angles, with a maximum diameter of 200 mm at right angles and 127 mm at an angle of 45 degrees. The machine is used in industrial conditions for mass production. The machine is equipped with a heavy saw frame, driven by a hydraulic unloading system. The presence of a hydraulic cylinder allows to create the necessary clamping action of the frame on the workpiece, to adjust the feed rate of the frame into the cutting zone. The machine has a quick clamping vise, allowing for quick installation of workpieces. By turning the jaws of the vise, the necessary cutting angle is set, directly adjustable by the scale reading.
