Manual pipe bender is used to bend various metal; aluminum, copper, steel, metal-plastic pipes. This tool represents ease of use for professionals, since it is with its help that it is possible to accurately bend the pipe, and right at the place of repair or installation of the pipe. Bending is carried out in one plane, max. bending angle 90 °. If necessary, pipes max. diameters need to be filled with sand. When using a pipe bender, the risk of flattening or kink is minimal, in addition, the need for connecting elements – bends and fittings is reduced, so laying a pipeline becomes more economical.
Type of machine – manual hydraulic differs from other versions of manual pipe benders in that its drive is reinforced with hydraulics. This allows the installer to exert less effort when bending steel pipes, and spend much less time on bending.
The Stalex MHPB-1A model pushes workpieces with a hydraulic guide, with a set of interchangeable work frames. In addition to the four working supports, the machine has two horizontal supports installed in the holes for adjusting the bending radius.
