Adjustment along the Y axis (traverse stroke) and X (backstop stroke) is carried out by high-precision motors from the controller. The system allows to display the actual position of the machine axes and save the operator from computational errors, the ability to enter the value of the mathematical restriction of the movement of mechanisms (rear stops and traverse). The values of the measured coordinates are displayed. The position value of the back stop of the bending machine comes from a displacement sensor mounted on the ballscrew drive screw. The position of the crosshead of the bending machine is monitored using optoelectronic sensors of the optical line mounted on the machine bed (the signal is transmitted to the DRO and converted to the digital value of the tool movement).
High automation of the machine provides high productivity and reliability.
R axis – mechanical vertical movement of the back stop (up and down).
